We are currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper who is fluent in numeracy and has a strong attention to detail to join our team.

Job Specifications/Key Responsibilities

·       ERP System management support and utilization

·       Payroll administration

·       Vendor Purchase Orders, invoice approvals, payments and vendor reconciliations

·       Daily financial entries and reconciliations

·       Accounts receivable receipts and customer reconciliations

·       General leger entries and bank reconciliations

·       Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, electronic filing systems

·       Support the preparation of financial statements

·       Expense/charge card report, support tracking, posting and reconciliation

·       Prepare and file periodic government remittances, Payroll, HST, WSIB, EHT etc

Required Qualifications:

·       Degree/Certificate in Accounting, Bookkeeping or Business

·       Proven experience in an ERP system

·       Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience

·       Possess excellent bookkeeping skills including payroll, remittance taxes, and reports.

·       Experience with inventory management

·       Proficiency in using software’s such as Microsoft Office, QuickBooks (online & Enterprise), Xero, Dynamics

·       Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Types:  Full-time, permanent

Pay: $45,000-$50,000 per year  - health benefit plan available after 3 month probation

Expected Hours:  40 per week
