Partha Vangal, a Chartered Accountant from India, worked for several years there before moving to Canada where he continued his career in accounting at El DuPont Canada and Norcast Castings Company Ltd, managing their daily banking activities, accounts payable, and assisting internal audit efforts.

Hang Phan moved to Canada from Vietnam where she started her journey in accounting and bookkeeping working for a company that provided third-party administration to mutual funds.

Ann Nguyen is a graduate from the University of Toulon with a degree in Finance and the Accounting program at George Brown College. With experience in financial reporting across diverse sectors including mining, pharmaceuticals, retail, and financial services, Ann brings her expertise to Grove and our clients as a member of Accounting and Finance team. Ann is currently pursuing her CPA designation.

Senior Controller & CFO

Hatem Kawar has been a controller and/or CFO for several public mining companies in Canada for the past 20 years and acted as a project manager for an industrial minerals operation in Saudi Arabia.

Accounting & CFO

Rebecca Hudson, CPA, CA, brings extensive experience as a former CFO of publicly traded resource companies to her role at Grove. She is skilled in financial reporting, internal controls, and IFRS compliance, and excels in leading diverse, cross-functional teams. Rebecca's fluency in Spanish enhances Grove’s service capabilities across Latin America.

Danielle brings 15 years of experience in the securities transfer agency business to Grove. She has a strong track record of executing AGMs for public and private companies in Canada and the US. Her extensive knowledge of securities regulations enhances her role at AGM Connect and the Grove team.

Corporate Secretary

Helga Fairhurst has over 15 years of experience providing corporate administrative and secretarial services to public companies listed on the TSX, TSXV, and CSE within the mining industry. Helga has worked for several mineral exploration companies including U.S. Silver Corporation (now U.S. Silver and Gold Inc.), Carlisle Goldfields Limited, and 55 North Mining Inc.

Mark brings a dynamic approach to building corporate relationships at Grove, known for his strategic acumen in negotiations and calm presence under pressure. He has extensive management consulting experience with entities like Microsoft and major Canadian banks. Additionally, Mark is an entrepreneur who has led a boutique architectural firm and a real estate holding company.

Namrata Malhotra

Corporate Secretary

Namrata brings extensive experience in corporate governance and regulatory compliance to Grove. Previously, she was the Assistant Vice-President of Corporate Secretarial and Compliance at an Indian fintech startup. Now in Canada, Namrata serves as Corporate Secretary for several Grove clients, providing key support in compliance and governance.

Geoff Kritzinger, CA

CFO

Geoff Kritzinger was a Partner at Shimmerman Penn LLP, managing a large audit practice from 2001 to 2008. Since then, he has served as CFO and advisor to various public and private companies through his accounting practice. For nearly twelve years, Geoff has worked with Grove and its clients, providing hands-on and advisory services to meet strict reporting standards while managing overhead costs.

Ben joins Grove with a background in Banking having worked with a wide range of personal and commercial clients in credit and investments. With a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Queen’s University, Ben brings another layer of expertise and knowledge to our Investor Relations and Communications team.

Stephen Coates founded Grove in 2003 to develop entrepreneurial businesses globally. With over 20 years in small-cap and natural resources sectors, he has led as Chairman and CEO, and currently advises various companies. His expertise includes financial structuring and strategic communications. Stephen graduated from Kings College at Western University, Canada.

Nicholas Konkin brings over a decade of business development expertise in resource and technology sectors, coupled with wealth management and investor relations experience. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Planning. Previously with Carlisle Goldfields, Nicholas is now CEO of EV Minerals (CSE: EVM) and a Director at Graycliff Exploration (CSE: GRAY).
