Online (Cloud hosted) accessible accounting file management
Prepare monthly cash reports/reconciliations and assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual budget reports.
Preparation of cheques / payments / electronic transfers for approval and/or signature
Provide cost effective and accessible ‘virtual’ bookkeeping and financial record maintenance and reporting
Fully integrated expense account management, approval and reporting
FINANCIAL REPORTING
Preparation the Corporation’s quarterly and annual financial statements
Drafting of quarterly and annual MD&A, in consultation with and for review by, CEO
Liaise with the Corporation’s external auditor to complete annual audits reports
Manage and complete corporate tax filings
Full CFO accountability and sign-off
